Operations Manager
Since joining Vision Scapes in 2021, Bryce Feller has become an indispensable part of our team, serving as the Operations Manager for Lawnganics. Bryce thrives on helping customers achieve their goals and consistently exceed their expectations, which is his favorite aspect of his role. His passion lies in creating stunning outdoor spaces that are safer, healthier, and better for families, pets, and the environment. With a background in retail sales and management, Bryce brings a unique "customer first" perspective to Vision Scapes. This approach has significantly contributed to Lawnganics' impressive customer retention rate, which is well above industry averages. His expertise spans customer relationships, lawn care, operations, and sales, making him a versatile and invaluable team member. Outside of work, Bryce loves spending quality time with his family and friends. He is married to his wonderful wife, Jessie, who works in surgery at Parkview, and together they have two energetic boys, Brixton and Beauden (Beau). A dedicated athlete, Bryce played baseball through college and had the remarkable experience of competing in two different college world series championships. Bryce’s dynamic personality, combined with his dedication and expertise, makes him a standout leader and an essential asset to Vision Scapes.
